    By accessing or using Grounded CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

    2. Description of Service

    Grounded CRM is a practice management software designed for therapy and mental health professionals. Our service includes client management, appointment scheduling, pipeline tracking, and related features to help you manage your practice.

    3. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified professional to use this service for managing client information.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Store or transmit malicious code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
    • Interfere with or disrupt the service
    • Share your account credentials with others

    5. Data Responsibility

    You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their information in our system. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and professional regulations in your jurisdiction.

    6. Payment and Subscription

    Grounded CRM offers a free plan with limited features (up to 50 contacts and 50 appointments). To access unlimited features, a paid Pro subscription is required. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

    You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

    7. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grounded CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

    9. Account Termination

    You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
